Perry Sessions, operating under Black Bear Advertising, provides paid advertising management services including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and related consulting. Specific services, deliverables, and fees are outlined in individual client agreements and are separate from these Terms.

No Guarantee of Results

Advertising results vary based on many factors including industry, budget, market conditions, product or service quality, and competitive landscape. We do not guarantee specific results, ROAS, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes. Case studies and examples on this Site represent past results for specific clients under specific conditions and are not a guarantee of future performance.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, and logos — is the property of Black Bear Advertising or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
